Job Description

A global marketing and data solutions group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant FP&A to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across its dynamic business units. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and finance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to business leaders
Support regional and global FP&A initiatives and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, media, and strategy
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies

Ideal Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
Highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow in a global organization
Experience in advertising, media, or tech industries is a plus
