Summary:

Red Hat コンサルティングチームは東京オフィスに勤務するAgile Development Coachを募集していますこのロールでは顧客のDevOpsに関する課題を識別しソフトウェアエンジニアリング技術と生成AIを駆使して開発プロセスの改善チームのスキル育成スクラム開発とDevOpsの定着技術アドバイザリといったコンサルティングサービスを提供しそれらを通じた顧客企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援しますまた国内外のプリセールスチームやコンサルティングチームと緊密に連携し Red Hat およびパートナーが提供するソリューションとサービスを組み合わせ優れたコンサルティングサービスを実現します

Responsibility

• 顧客のDevOpsに関する課題を識別し解消し続けることで顧客からの感謝と信頼を勝ち取る

• 開発チームをガイドし開発プロジェクトを成功に導くそれと同時に顧客のプロジェクト成功が１度きりではなく恒常的に成功し続けられるように組織的な能力を獲得することを支援する

• 顧客のビジネス要求を理解しRed HatおよびパートナーのクラウドおよびDevOpsソリューションを組み合わせながらビジネス要求に適合するソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計と実装を支援する

• Red Hat 社内の各チームProduct EngineeringBusiness DevelopmentConsultingSupportSalesと緊密に連携し優れた顧客体験を提供する

• 顧客に信頼される上級アドバイザーとしてテクノロジーロードマップの策定を支援する上で重要な役割を果たす

• Red Hatのサービスプロダクト事例を国内外の既存潜在顧客向けに発信し既存案件の拡大や新規顧客の獲得に貢献する

Required Skills:

• 顧客をリードするに足る優れたソフトウェアエンジニアリングの経験と知識WebサービスミッションクリティカルなシステムCI/CD等の要件定義設計実装テスト運用

• 顧客をリードするに足る生成AIを用いた開発運用の経験と知識

• リードエンジニアや技術コンサルタントとして自組織または顧客の技術的課題に挑戦し解決に導いた経験と情熱

• 開発メンバーやチームへのティーチングコーチング経験とそれを発展させた開発組織や開発プロセスの変革の経験

• コンサルタントとしての基礎スキルロジカルシンキング問題解決分析資料作成プレゼンテーションファシリテーション交渉等

• 自組織または顧客の経営層や管理職と信頼関係を構築した実績

• アジャイル開発およびスクラム開発に関する基礎的な知識と実践経験

• 英語での基礎的な文書および口頭コミュニケーション能力

• オープンソーステクノロジーへの情熱

• DockerKubernetesRed Hat OpenShift などをはじめとするコンテナーベースのテクノロジーの使用経験があれば尚可
