About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach with deep experience in the insurance industry and hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 implementations . This role will lead Agile transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, coach stakeholders at all levels, and support strategic programs such as CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and Dynamics 365 rollouts . The ideal candidate will be a change agent who can foster Agile maturity and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
