What You'll Do

• Architect and develop robust AEM-based CMS applications, leveraging both headless and traditional approaches.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical strategies and deliverables.
• Create and implement custom components, templates, and workflows using AEM, HTL, and Sling models.
• Integrate AEM solutions with backend RESTful services to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, business analysts, QA, and global team members to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas for enhancing customer experience and system performance.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in AEM (both frontend and backend).
• Proficiency with HTL, AEM workflows, custom component creation, Sling models, and integration with RESTful APIs.
• Strong command of Java for web development, including unit testing (JUnit) and code management best practices.
• Experience in a bilingual (Japanese/English) environment, with business-level proficiency in both languages.
• Bonus points for knowledge of AEM as a cloud service, content as a service, design patterns, caching strategies, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience collaborating with international teams is highly valued.
