プロセス条件および技術の確立改善
プロセス能力の向上と生産コストの削減
プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの策定修正
各種半導体装置のプロセスパラメータ設定
新規装置材料の評価導入促進計画立案
異常解析および改善

必須条件
学士号または同等の経験
日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能
