Working Title: Administrative Clerk, PT Employment Status: Part-Time Starting Hourly Rate: $21.96 per hour Address: 6900 Industrial Pkwy Alliston ON L9R 1B2 New Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group Canada operating in the business & industry sector. Along with providing IFM services to the Canadian Headquarters of several multi-national businesses, ESFM's list of clients include household names in the Telecommunications, Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, Gas & Oil, Food Processing and Automotive markets.

Job Summary

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for supporting operations by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

As an Administrative Clerk, you will:

• Compile, organize, manage, and update text and numerical data and information, entering it into spreadsheets and databases
• Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office
• Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
• Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations

About you:

• 1-2 years' experience in an administrative/data entry role preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent typing skills (type 40-60 wpm.)
• Strong data entry with focus on attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
