About The Role

As a full-time Administrative Assistant, you’ll combine meticulous behind-the-scenes work with engaging, front-line service. Your days will be varied and meaningful, as you handle

• Data entry and file management
• Research and event support
• Comprehensive administrative support to Funeral Directors and staff
• Reception duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and fast, accurate typing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Superb multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-changing setting.
