Department Website: Job Description And Duties Staff Psychiatrist, Correctional Facility (SAFETY)$169.49 - $174.40 hourly rate Limited Term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent. These uncommon positions are available to all clinical social workers currently employed by the State of California. Due to the nature of these dual appointments, the only stipulation is that the additional appointment must be a distinctly different role than your primary job, and you cannot be a supervisor, manager, or executive.
