A global technology client is looking for a Financial Accountant to support an IFRS project.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting candidate to support our client during the IFRS conversion and financial reporting. You will play a pivotal part in:

• Collaborating with our Finance and Accounting team and external advisors during post-merger integration projects.
• Assisting in the preparation and reporting of IFRS reporting packages Supporting the preparation of audited IFRS financial statements
• Ensuring timely closure and delivery of project goals in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Your Skills

• Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements and reporting packages (preferably in a multinational or complex organization setting).
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards; hands-on experience with IFRS implementation is highly preferred.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (must be fluent in both English and Japanese; able to lead meetings and write business correspondence in English).
• Experience with accounting and reporting system conversions; prior experience with Oracle systems is a plus.
• Solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
