Account Executive – Collaboration ArchitectureCisco comprehensively provides networking, security, and collaboration solutions to support the realization of a "Future-Proofed Workplace" in the AI era. We are currently seeking an “Account Executive – Collaboration Architecture” who will work with partner companies to promote the commercialization of cutting-edge collaboration solutions utilizing Webex, driving customer business success together.
This position is responsible for managing partner companies and plays a vital role in supporting the growth of partner businesses through the expansion of Cisco's collaboration solutions. The work location is Tokyo office.
Responsibilities
Drive workstyle innovation and enhance employee and customer experiences through partner companies by leveraging advanced technologies such as Webex AI Agent, Cisco AI Assistant, Webex Calling, Cisco Devices, and more.
Build strong trust-based relationships with partner companies, deeply understand their businesses, and jointly deliver Cisco solutions to help solve customer challenges.
Increase proposal success rates by delivering clear presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Work closely with internal technical and customer success teams to maximize the value delivered to customers.
Optimize proposals and promote more efficient and effective sales activities by utilizing customer data.
Proactively analyze market trends to identify and expand new business opportunities.
