■Required Qualifications
・Over 8 years of experience in application test design/implementation
・Over 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in parallel
・Over 5 years of experience line management（Hiring/Evaluation/Team Building and so on） and budget making
・ISTQB foundation level knowledge
・e Commerce domain knowledge
