【必須】
・ 12年以上のソフトウェアエンジニアリング経験と、高性能な自動車向けソフトウェア製品の設計・提供における確かな実績。
・ 5年以上の上級管理職経験があり、大規模な技術エンジニアリングチームの構築、指揮、指導において確かな実績を有すること。
・ コーディングスキル（C/C++）の習得に加え、組み込みソフトウェア開発分野において過去5年間、一貫してコーディングを監督してきた実績があること。
